The questions every truth-seeker asks.

The most straightforward approach to finding the Truth is to return to our factory settings and use our natural gifts of intellect, reason, and heart, free from prejudice. We have the power and ability to find the Truth, and these codes are naturally present in all of us. Our innate nature is inclined to distinguish right from wrong and recognize the Creator. By observing the order and functioning of the universe, we can perceive the existence and oneness of the Creator. There is no need to read a library full of books; it is enough to lift our heads and ask, "Who chose this blue color for the sky?"

Comprehending who the Creator is and the purpose of our creation, however, can only be achieved through the Human User Manuals (Divine Books) and the Messengers sent by the Creator. Since the beginning of humanity, He has sent many Human User Manuals and Messengers to introduce Himself, reveal the purpose of our existence, and guide our lives. The Final Human User Manual is the Quran, the Word of Allah, the One and Only Creator.

The Quran has been preserved in its original Arabic to prevent distortion. While translations exist to make it accessible to non-Arabic speakers, they are not considered equivalent to the original, as no translation can fully capture its meaning. The Quran was revealed in Arabic because it was the language of the Final Prophet (Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him) and the people to whom it was initially addressed. At that time, the Arabs were known for their mastery of Arabic, which was highly developed in poetry, rhetoric, and eloquence.

On the contrary, science is a common theme in the Quran. Its first verse revealed is:

"Read [and reflect]! In the Name of your Lord, Who created [all that exists]!" and immediately provides a fact about our development: "He created man from a fertilized [clinging] cell." The Clot, 96:1–2

The emphasis is consistent throughout the Quran, with descriptions of numerous scientific phenomena and the environment, and regular reminders for readers to use their innate faculties of reason and intellect. The Quran expects its addressee to think critically and analyze their purpose of existence and the universe to reach the Truth. Seeking knowledge is highly praised in the Quran, hence the Islamic contribution to science, art, and culture for centuries by those inspired by it, through countless inventions and discoveries serving humanity today.

Some of the scientific discoveries mentioned in the Quran that were otherwise not known at the time of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) are listed in Table 2.3. Their discovery centuries later clarifies and points to the Quran's authentic and timeless nature. The Quran ultimately empowers every person to use their intellect in seeking the Truth and choosing authenticity over falsehood or myth.
